My goal is to stay consistent with my workouts and my protein intake. Last year I had my mom stay with me for 8 months due to a broken wrist & she has dementia, I totally put myself on the back burner. I did the first LYC challenge but then stopped taking care of me because I was caring for her. Now she is living with me permanently and I made a promise to myself that I would not lose me in the process of caring for her. I can totally see a transformation this time around. I switched up my eating routine, ate more protein and what a difference! My husband has been cheering me on the whole time and he too tells me he can see the change, tells me to keep going! I love this community of women we definitely motivate each other and that is priceless!!!❤️

That’s right, we all feel this way at some point but we have to keep pushing and showing up for ourselves!❤️

U have come to the right place! The community of women here are very supportive. I’m sorry for the losses of family members but u must keep living.
