Thank you Jamilaaaa for a π₯π₯π₯π₯ lower body!!! I caught the replay!!! I played myself and got up a little too late to finish the upper body and core portion but hunny that first half was bananas!!!! I knew it was gonna be a killer when you pulled out the resistance band for the warm up!! I also pushed myself to finish out the last combined supersets using my 20 lb dumbbells πͺπΎπͺπΎπͺπΎ Thank you Queens I'm off to workπͺπΎπͺπΎπͺπΎ I will come back later for upper body and core!!! Shout Out to Jamila for that amazing Full Body Workout Man!!! I dragged myself out of bed and was annoyed that I didn't get right up! But man this workout did NOT disappoint!! I was sweating right out the gate!!! As soon as you said dynamic warm up I knew it was about to be fire!π₯ 400 calories burned!!!! Whoop whoop!!! Thanks again it's just something about am workouts I feel like I burn more but I will definitely try and join in on the live next time yall always have fun!!!
