anotha one!🔥thanks Fabi! about the sleep piece, that's a challenge the last few weeks because my toddler has been waking up every night at 2am, his little brain is developing..anyway i have been taking a tsp glycine every night before bed and it kinda helps with brain fog the next day. 

Hi queen! Have you searched stretching classes in the library? I love Yvona and Raven’s stretch classes! They are amazing. Aimee has great yoga classes too. I have been trying 1 or 2 additional dumbbell (power) workouts with the summer shred :)
