I will pray for you queen! Postpartum is soooo hard😭I see you queen. Sometimes moving with exercise/walking gets ur energy moving through your body and lets you shake off that negative thinking. Leave it all on the mat as the coaches say at times. Hope you feel better this week take care!

I broke my streak due to health issues and a huge family gathering last week for my son’s birthday (we all had an Airbnb😅) still proud of 75 days. It’s my fourth or fifth rest day and I am going to kick it off again. I was rly pushing for 90 but now I will live vicariously through you haha. Ready to hit it again tmrw!! Day 1😦about to climb the mountain again! Keep going queen!
