Hi ladies! Honestly, I wasn't feeling it today but I did today's workout...the replay! My BUTT is happy I did it especially the booty Blaster. That one work out that you put your back on the chair (bra line) and lift one leg at a time. I don't like you lol! Anyways, I hope you were able to reach your goals for today! On most days that I work, I'm still working when it's dinner time. So I been going home and eating late and so very close to bed time. So I'm trying to incorporate smoothies I can have while I'm working (can't eat dinner at work. I'm a Bus Operator). So this will be my dinner tonight while I'm working lol. The glass one, I drank it on the way to work.
