Don’t feel discouraged! Better a little late than never. It’s easy to catch up if you’re only missed one day.but even if you missed more it’s ok we all fall behind at some point the important thing it’s to continue forward.

If you missed the accountability coaching meeting from Raven she wasn’t able t to make the meeting due to unforeseen circumstances but it’s been reschedule for Wednesday!! . There’s an email about that.

Im new to this challenge and I didn’t realize how bad out of shape I was until I saw the pics my husband took of me. I almost cried. You got this!! We’re all in this together 💛

I chose Raven bc she’s high energy. But I think picking a coach is subjective to the energy you like of either one.

I was highly impressed. They definitely took in consideration how important flavorful food in diet is. It’s very impactful to the success of a diet plan.

Check your spam folder. If you made a payment you should’ve received it. The link to submit the photo is the initial welcome email that shows Fabi in it (YT video). It’s on step number 2 in that email it says step 2: watch the welcome video and download your new fitness guide. Under that is the link!!

So that’s the thing that’s not very clear and I had to figure it out , but you will chose your coach after you submit your BEFORE photos, it’s all done in the same place. After you submit your form you will receive another email like a little welcome packet from your actual coach with more details regarding the nutrition guide zoom link (which by the way if you chose Raven her meetings are today), recipe guide ( very very impressive choices) etc. hope that helps
