My big win is sticking to the program. Holding myself accountable! I want to improve on more upper body and back workouts in between the LYC workouts. I’m celebrating by looking at my gains every week!!!! Hooty whooooo I’m focused Queens!!! Mind, Body, Spirit ✨ I’m all the way up, nothing can stop me, I’m all the way up (n my fat joe and remy ma voice)
