Gurllll this Friday replay got me still on the floor

My biggest win was finally getting back to the gym. I’ll complete my Friday replay tomorrow since I just finished my Wednesday workout today.As most of you know, I was diagnosed with follicular lymphoma (cancer) back in March, and getting back to the grind has been a huge challenge. I love the gym and working out, but after doing almost nothing for nearly three months and having those toxic medications injected into my body, it’s been tough.But I’m still here—alive, feeling better than ever, and incredibly grateful. Thankful to be part of this amazing Queen Warriors community. 💜
