Missed day 1 (sports mom duties) so doubled up today(W3D1 &W3D2) then I'm on vacation. I'll do tomorrow's nice and early b4 flight but that was intense!! Looked ahead and thankfully only have to pack my resistance bands. Let's get it ladies!!

Today I struggled hard...pmsing and we had an office get-together (hybrid-worker) my social battery is spent and I ate bad! Came home feeling sick. I lay on my bed and doom scrolled with my belly ache for 1.5 hrs.... as it started to ease I slowly got dressed in my workout gear. As I put on today's workout I got excited bc I finally get to use my kettlebell! Suddenly got energy and plowed thru it... was actually mad when it was over, I wanted more!! Glad to have gotten it done! W2D4 βœ”οΈ

Had a successful weigh-in after 3 wks of QW and completing 1st week of the LYC. It motivated me to get off my butt and do a Cardio routine. Putting all my toys to use!! Tomorrow is rest day πŸ™πŸΌ

Also maybe chicken/turkey/veggie sausage with low fat/fat free cheese and a low carb wrap? You can add spinach and tomato or other veggies you may like.

Try overnight oats or yogurt parfaits

I use my firestick and add the app there, the other girl said she uses her roku. Also if that does work you might be able to screen mirror to your tv from your cell. Good luck! For me I need it on the TV!!
