My body is saying we have the potential to be FINE. and I believe her. So I'm here showing up. Just ran my personal best on the treadmill. 1 mile = 12min 33sec

My birthday is May 6. I want to lose at least 33 lbs.
Starting weight 193.3lbs height 5'4
Goal 160lbs minimum
In the name of Jesus I pray I will be consistent and improve healthier eating habits.
Any mindset advice or low calorie high protein recipes are welcome 😊
