Crazy hair don't care, in the PJs still got it in! Decided not to just relax because it's the weekend....nah, we're working on consistency over here! 🙌🏼 God bless you all, have a great Saturday!

That's so crazy! I'm in Naugatuck, we just moved here this week from Bridgeport/Stratford. I workout at that time, between 5-530 in the morning before I take my Step-Daughter to school. Are you in the messenger group chat for CT?

Let's go girl! I felt the same way myself. I just worked out for 30 minutes. Got it out of my way for the day. Now I can go on knowing I exercised already! It's 6:19am here in CT. What are you up to?

An amazing workout with Jamila in my unpacked 1st floor. I'm deciding to no longer wait for "the perfect moment " or "till everything else is done"...No more! I'm taking advantage of every moment I am blessed with now and just getting the dang thing DONE! Let's GO!!! Have a wonderful day queens, God bless you!🙏🏼❤️

Same girl, same! Just moved and still don't feel totally put together yet but I figured this was the only thing I could be 100% sure is done today. One workout!
