Hello everyone! Excited to begin this challenge with you all! It is awesome to have a great community with like minded women. My goal for this challenge is to tone up and tighten up my abs.

That is awesome. I tell my clients to try and drink 8oz of water every 30 min. At that rate you get in a gallon in 8 hrs

I have a 32 oz thermal water bottle that goes with me everywhere. I know when I fill it up 4x I am golden

That is a great tip about wanting a cookie or chip lol.
