I’m sticking to 30 mins for the HIIT and 30 mins for the power. That’s what works for me right now. If I’m feeling stronger one day or want more challenge or simply just have more time that day, I do the hour long HIIT.

But as of right now 30 min for HIIT and Power works great! 😊

And if that doesn’t help for whatever reason, delete the app and redownload it to your tv. Log back in and then you should be good 100%.

When you’re on your menu of apps on your tv, move the cursor over to the QW app and press and hold the * button on the control.

It will pop up a window that gives you options for it. Click on “check for updates”

Then you should be good! 😊

I use an free app in the Apple Store called “drink water reminder”. Pops up a notification to drink water and has a little water bottle tracker to minus water from every time you drink.

And if you miss times when it says to drink water, it’ll keep track for you so when you do drink water the next notification, it’ll show you how much you need to drink to stay on track for your goal.

I think it works really good for a free app!

Right there with you babe!! I know you can do it!! I also gained 40 lb since 2020 and I turn 40 next January! No kiddos but I understand the mission and the challenges to overcome!

We got this! I just competed full body HIIT and power booty blaster with Ray! Starting the week off strong 💪 lessss get it!!! 👏👏👏

Yooooo can I just say that when I said I was coming back and putting myself first, I meant it!!
This is the first time I’ve ever done a full body HIIT and lower body power back to back. 🔥😳
I burnt so much calories and my legs was trembling girls!! Woooooo, Fabi helped me bring it tonight!
I use the peloton app to track my workouts with my heart rate band (gotta get me an Apple Watch soon tho!!)
Just wanna say that if you been stuck in a rut and were paying for this app not putting yourself FIRST, then this is your sign to stop doing that and hit play baby!!! 👏
Your future self will thank you!!
