I’m sticking to 30 mins for the HIIT and 30 mins for the power. That’s what works for me right now. If I’m feeling stronger one day or want more challenge or simply just have more time that day, I do the hour long HIIT.
But as of right now 30 min for HIIT and Power works great! 😊
