I would say keep doing the challenge to get the results you want and to feel great! Even tho you submitted pics late.

I know theyโ€™re super strict with when to turn in pics so you wonโ€™t be able to qualify for prizes but at least you can still join the challenge and have fun gettin results! ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’ช

Tips I would say is to make sure you print out everything for the tracker and meal guide. Set โ€œappointmentsโ€ in your schedule for your workouts and donโ€™t miss them. Use a food tracker like fitness pal to make sure you stay on top of your nutrition.

Just make sure you stay in this challenge so you know what to expect for future ones too! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ

My goal for the next few weeks is just to keep on grinding like the last challenge but add a few more things this time to take up another notch!

The QW fat burner is so bomb! Day 3 today using it and I can already tell a difference with energy and inflammation going away!

Specifically, a goal I have is to get my waist more firmed up and snatched. Having a scar all the way down my belly makes that a bit of challenge with scar tissue and muscle needing to be built back up but Iโ€™m gonna get there!!!๐Ÿ’ช

Lets get it!!!
