I found this link on one of the videos for the Amazon store for the equipment they recommend! I need some more weights so I’m probably gonna buy on this link.

For me, I use the stuff I already have at home: i have some booty bands, a 10lb kettlebell, 5lb dumbbells, 2.5lb ankle/wrist weights, long heavy resistance band, resistance bands for upper body, some 10lb weight plates I can use on a barbell (gotta find it lol we are moving right now!) and a piece of cardboard for the floor cause I need to buy a yoga mat soon lol!! 😅

I also wear a sweat belt by sweet sweat and I got a sauna jacket and leggings off Amazon to help me sweat even more in workouts. 🔥

Hey Josephine! I would start by just clicking around in the app to just get familiar and see what’s in it (that’s what I did cause I felt overwhelmed too at first, but it went away quickly once I saw what was all in here).

Then start with the affirmation of the day to start off your day on the right tone.

If you want to workout right after, I would check the beginner section and pick a workout to try, to get familiar with how the sessions go with the timer and rest times.

Or do your first workout when the live schedule is up and pick one to those to do on Monday.

There’s also the quick ab and booty workouts with Fabi! That’s where I started and then I did a live with Jamila, it was SO GOOD!

Either way you go, everyone here is supportive and that’s what I love about it. I just started on Monday so it’s really cool to see the community and how the workouts are so far. I love the testimonials at the bottom of all the videos too, so inspiring!!
