Click on the browse icon; it’ll be where you can see what workouts are live that day, the schedule, the latest replays (all replays actually), and the workouts you can select are grouped. I loooove this new update. It makes it a lot easier to find a workout for my target area for that day. You can decide whether you want to beginner, intermediate, or advanced. To be afraid to switch it up once you’ve got aquatinted to queen warriors to challenge your body. You have the choice of upper body, lower body, core… do overthink it though, pick your first live or replay and DO IT 🫵🏽🥰

Depending on your goals and whether you’ve worked out before you’ll be able to decide which workouts are for you. Be ready to be challenged, don’t let all the beauty and charisma fool ya, they’re about to make you werk! But it’ll be a good burn🥰

I’m so happy to back my queens! I forgot to share this yesterday, my little lady working out with Mommy and keeping my disciplined 🥰🤗💪🏽
I hit my goal of being under 300 before the new year and so close to being under 290 by next month!! 🎉
