Hey Coach hey!! This week has been taking a toll on me, im just exhausted 😩. Maybe it's the time change, maybe the new puppy lol. I have a question though.. for weight loss which classes should i ne doing ( besides HIIT) & which classes should i stay away from? Thanks in advance
