Happy New year Coach Ney πŸ₯³ I’ve been doing good with being consistent with my workout and eating. I lost 20lbs and I am not sure how to gain to sculpt now. I don’t know if I’m eating enough and sometimes I’m afraid of eating more and not reach my goal of building abs. How do I find that balance?

That was my go to this morning πŸ™ŒπŸ» it was soooo good! Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are my 1 hour work out days πŸ™ŒπŸ» the mommy makeover challenge guide helped me remain consistent with the weekly work out schedule.
