Coach Nay thank you! I’ll have to be extra patient since I have Osteonecrosis in both knees and left elbow, when it comes to training hard. I have seen a big difference with building endurance these past 7 months since I started with QW👑 this has helped me feel better and unlimited to what my body can do. I’ve been working out 6 days a week. Three one hour work outs and three 30 minute workouts a week.

What do I need to look out for to join Elite?

Yes my goals have changed. I lost the weight, now my goal is to tone. I don’t want to continue losing weight.

Happy New year Coach Ney 🥳 I’ve been doing good with being consistent with my workout and eating. I lost 20lbs and I am not sure how to gain to sculpt now. I don’t know if I’m eating enough and sometimes I’m afraid of eating more and not reach my goal of building abs. How do I find that balance?
