Coach Nay thank you! I’ll have to be extra patient since I have Osteonecrosis in both knees and left elbow, when it comes to training hard. I have seen a big difference with building endurance these past 7 months since I started with QW👑 this has helped me feel better and unlimited to what my body can do. I’ve been working out 6 days a week. Three one hour work outs and three 30 minute workouts a week.

What do I need to look out for to join Elite?
