What helped me was the mommy make over workout schedule and I’ve kept up with it. Monday,Wednesday, Friday I do one hour QW power, barre, HIIT workouts. Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday I bumped it up from 10min to 30 minute workouts. Saturday is rest day. It has been working for me to do them early morning before I start my day. Also, For my 30 min workouts I started incorporating cycling.

On Amazon, Queen warriors has a link for the equipment they use. I’ve been gradually getting them with time. This is a build up from 7 months ago.
