Thank you beautiful! Glory to God We can fall but get right back up queen 👑 my why is my health. I have lupus and asteonecrosis in my left elbow, both knees and right hip. I had hip surgery last December and the recovery journey had its ups and downs. Thank God because of working out prior surgery, consistently the healing process was a lot easier 🙏 I am grateful that I don’t feel or look like what I have and that I can move 🙏 keep pressing forward queen 👑 you got this! 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳it’s the best lifestyle change you will every make 🥳🥳🥳
