I’m just really over here pouting about it because I want to do my workouts properly, but you know God always has a funny way of showing us what we need to do when we need to do it, so I’m gonna take this as my sign that I really need to rest

I know, it’s really not that bad or maybe in my eyes it’s not cuz I work in health care. Your right though, 😩 it’s just so frustrating and discouraging! Right when I was just seeing some results come outta the challenge too! 🤦🏽‍♀️
