I love it I think I’m definitely going to try to work out at the gym and take everyone’s advice on this.

I have been a member I think for a year as well and I now finally am doing workouts. However, I would always watch the mindset in nutrition piece and I would go to the gym.

Mama I one day at a time I was discouraged too last week I did only two QW however I did get 3/4 mile walks in every day last week . I am still trying to get the eating under control because my hours have been cut from work so eating what can for now. We Got This in it Together on this Journey!! Let’s get it Day 2 !👏🏽🎉🙌🏽☀️😊
