Hi queens happy Tuesday!!!
Coach is looking to spice some things up in our classes 🥵🤗
Please give me some feedback on the following ⬇️⬇️⬇️

  1. Playlist: what type of music do you want to hear more of in our classes?
  2. What workouts/ exercises would you like me to incorporate more of?
  3. When it comes to motivation, do you ladies prefer the affirmations or to discuss a topic during our classes?
  4. During certain targeted areas do you prefer reps or timer? ( I.E. lower body I prefer timer, upper body I prefer timer )


Don’t be shy, speak up and let me know. The goal is for me as your coach to become better so that we can all grow together 🫶🏽💖
