I believe this class was when the entire screen froze for me. So I’m sorry that the experience you had wasn’t the best. Hope to see you in another class so that you can experience the true vibes of my classes 🫶🏽❤️
Hey Gabby! Coach Chas here… typically a set of 5lbs for light weight exercises & 10lb - 25lbs for heavy weight POWER classes. We definitely try to make sure we let you ladies know the weight range we are using in the class description ❤️ hope this helps ☺️
