I have a coach preference with Yvona. She gives me that burn and pain like no other with barre and power! Sometimes I will do a Raven dance for the vibe and a Raven stretch class. These have been my day 1 coaches for the last two years.

I will say the music influences me with the new coaches that have come after them. I always try to give a new coach a chance to see if the burn will be on par with what I’m used to and if the music is good.
