Hey besties just wanted to share my quick lunch I had to take my son to his follow up appointment grab him food and me some lunch so I went to chick fil a and did the side kale salad 3 piece tenders cut them up add hot sauce and honey and WHEN I tell you I’m hooked I’m hooked. Back to work I go see yall later tonight for power!


Babe and I went to Applebees and I didn’t Drink I also ate the bourbon chicken and shrimps with broccoli!!

There are times I just was cereal and nothing else ! These are a great option , only half a cup gives you 11 gram of protein , so what I do is take half a cup of a ok cereal like special k and half a cup of Catalina and hit my protein goals for a snack , just be mindful of what other cereal you mix it with , or just eat it alone. Your choice !!
I’m shook by the news there should be a Raven and Yvonna archive though as long as those don’t go away I’ll stay on as best as possible and I think making room for another group leading coach as QW is exciting!… We women are ALL ABOUT EMBRACING CHANGE… I am very happy for them as they embark on their new journeys, however guest sessions every now and then would be great 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

Today is supposed to be a rest day but I worked out because I took my rest day earlier this week. I did Chasity replay from last Thursday again today. Why I chose to torture myself like that two days in a row? I don’t know..
I have transcended space and time. My body died and my spirit has been left questioning my decision making abilities.
Haha, no it was great. I needed it. I was trying to convince myself of a million reasons why I shouldn’t workout and finding shortcuts to get the work in, “I’ll do a ten minute workout and that will be fine because the challenge is only supposed to be three days a week anyway” That’s true but that’s not the commitment I made to myself.
Showed up. Got it done. Feel better mentally and physically.
