@Yvona I am loving working with your challenge so far but I am still struggling (been working out with QW for a lil over 2mths and did the Spring challenge) with planks. What exercises can I do to strengthen and lift my lower body? I just can't get my hips up and off the floor!! I do have some past back & knee injuries not sure if that is the issue. When I was in my prime I could do them 😟
