These last few weeks? Whew. I’ve been mentally and physically exhausted. But somehow, I still managed to surprise myself. I’ve completed 3 workouts every single week. 🙌🏼 I’ve got knee issues, and even with modifications, that 4th workout would leave me hurting, so I’ve been listening to my body and giving myself grace. Rest is part of the process too. My goal is to build up to that 4th one eventually, but for now, I’m proud of what I am doing. Especially since I haven’t consistently worked out in years. Between moving my body, eating cleaner, and counting my calories, I’ve been putting my health first and I’m happy to say I’m down 12 pounds since starting the Love Yourself Challenge! 💪🏼💕I can’t even remember the last time I saw the scale in the 220’s…so I know what I’m doing is working, even if it’s not “perfect.” Just felt like sharing because I had a moment of feeling a little defeated... but then I remembered how far I’ve come.

On to Week 5!! Let’s keep it going, Queens!! 👑
