Okay… I know this might not be what this posting section is for… but I feel so horrible about myself and am lacking motivation to get into it. I think my diet has more to do with it than anything.

My boyfriend said something last night when he was drunk about how no one will want to be with a girl who’s belly looks like mine.

That’s my biggest insecurity and I just feel horrible about myself. What foods and best workout help to get rid of belly fat and tighten stomach? I also want to make my butt more plump.

Not for him… but for me to finally get my confidence back and not feel like a fat piece of shit.
