My workout for the day is done! It was deceptively difficult but I pushed through. I started with a 30 minute session on the elliptical and then I did this workout with Coach Sammi, I plan to do the full 4 weeks!

Now it’s time to break my fast and have a healthy breakfast. What did yall eat today?
