Listen yall! I joined this group on Monday and will complete my second workout today! I messaged Fabiana about a meal plan because I am a by the book type of girl when it comes to food. I have to restrict myself! Anyway, While I was waiting on my meal plan to be constructed, I went through some of the recipes that were on here and gave them a try for this week and let me tell y’allllll, they are some of the easiest and best tasting meals/snacks.
I will show y’all pictures of what I made this week. One is teriyaki chicken with cilantro- lime rice, and French green beans. The second one is a snack…protein balls with raisins, 🔥. And The third is a Chia seed, almond milk and yogurt mix with fresh fruit on top, extra 🔥…Don’t knock it until you try it. I can’t wait to bust out this personalized meal plan!!
