Just wanted to come on here and share my progress. 18 months ago I decided to stop paying attention to my negative thoughts and took a chance on myself by joining Queen Warrior and working with their amazing coaches!
I stopped listening to all the people that said “once you become a mom that’s just the way it is.” Why are we wired to believe that after we have children there is no hope for our bodies? Why do women need to stop caring for themselves when they become a mother? Why can’t we tell women, “You look good!” without the pause and adding the number of children she’s had.
I’m here to say that all those nay sayers never took a chance on themselves. Keep going, you’ve got this!!!! To all the mamas, your body created life, and no matter the scars, saggy skin, or amount of fat around your belly YOU LOOK FUCKING AMAZING!
Love you all!
