I’ll be very honest my first week was a bust, between traveling for work, working 13 hour days on my feet and I was having horrible back and hip pain by the end of the day. Not to mention the perimenopause drains my energy like I’ve never experienced. I refuse to be defeated!
What I focused on this week was what I could control, nutrition. I know this coming week will be different. It’s my birthday week and I will push through.
