I was in Mexico for Thanksgiving week and stayed consistent with my workouts out there thanks to QW. I got back and was sick as hell, but after 1 day of legit resting in bed all day I decided to sweat out this cold with some HIIT workouts this week. I added Power to the mix yesterday and today and I feel SOOOOO much better. Still a bit congested but let me tell you moving this body was what I needed this week. I rested when I needed and modified when my body was letting me know to chill.
