I realized today I have been eating too many calories lately, and that is also probably the reason I see the weight go up. I did keto last year for a month and I think I adapted some bad habits during that time with for example bacon. Eating too much of it now, even if I'm not doing keto anymore. I'm using the Lifesum app for tracking my macros/calories, and after the workshop with Fabi I realized that I'm over board with the calories these days. Just too much. I'm also doing intermittent fasting adapted to my menstrual cycle. Well... Last week I worked out in the gym feeling amazing, then right before period and beginning of period this week I needed to slow down and not work out. I have just been sleeping and fasting 16:8. Still I realized I managed to eat too many calories today, because on those days I dont work out I want to eat 500cal less. I guess what I'm trying to say is that tomorrow I will do it right!!! Not eat more calories than I need, so I can loose some body fat.πͺπ»πͺπ»πͺπ» I dont like to see those kg go up anymore when at the same time my belly grows and I feel so bloated. It is somewhat not a good feeling to have come to a place where I will have to count calories to not gain weight.π₯Ί Before my pregnancy (34years old) I was slim (49-50kg) Then after my pregnancy I breastfeed for 2 years and 8 months, and during this time I gained weight to about 54 kg and it was stable for some years, and then suddenly I was up in 57 kg. During my keto for one month I lost weight but gained it right back quitting it. But the other day I did weigh myself and I was suddenly on 60kg𫨠Something needs to be done because I'm not happy on this number. It is not really about the number either but that I notice I have too much fat for what I'm comfortable with. I want to feel amazing in my own skin and when I look in the mirror. Be the best version of myself. Perhaps I need to work more on it as I'm getting older as well. 39 years speaking. I think I might reach my goal if I loose 5-7kg at the same time as building my muscles and abs. Before I was afraid of curves, now I want them as long as I'm fit at the same time. So my goal is not my prepregnancy weight anymore.
