I had a humility moment Monday and chose to workout out with Coach Chasity doing Lower Body Power and HIIT. Woke up sore on Tuesday like I never participated in LYC Spring Edition for 6 weeks. My body was shocked by the different variations and reps. Decided to stretch yesterday and this morning finished Kettlebell and Core with Coach Raven. This is why I love QW. I love the challenge and community to keep going! ❤️
