Finished my 3 workouts this week and I feel amazing and proud of myself. I kept getting tempted to skip and just sit on the couch but I pushed myself to do them. Yay for small accomplishments!

Hi queens been on this amazing program barely a month and a half lol my body is starting to change but the scale is still the same? Any advice ?

HAPPY WEDNESDAY QUEENS,

Lately I been feeling a bit down! I been feeling tired ! Im sharing because I want you to know that this happens. Life gets busy, we deal with unexpected situations some of which can be heavy, energy draining etc. But one thing I learned over and over is that working out allows me to release tension ! Working out distracts me from the thoughts that are running a million miles per hour in my mind.

I want you to remember that life is what we make it. We can either let these thoughts take over our life, or we can focus on the things that we can control…. Trustttttttt meeeee its easier said then done .

But these workouts have been a game changer during this season! I put my workout on, put my headphones and lock in !!!

God is good.

Remember we are in control of the thoughts we allow to continue growing!

We are in control whether or not we allow things to knock us of track !!!

Stay consistent Queen ! Motion changes emotion !

Hey Beautiful Queen Warriors!👑💕I’ve been a lMIA from the community lately, but just know I haven’t stopped—I’ve been putting in the work behind the scenes.

Truth is, I’ve been battling with my body image. I can see the changes… my clothes fit better, things are shifting—but some days, I still don’t like what I see in the mirror. Body dysmorphia is real, and it’s something I’m learning to fight through.

But I refuse to let it defeat me. I’m showing up, I’m growing, and I’m giving myself grace in the process. This journey isn’t just physical—it’s mental too. And I’m still in it. 💪
