Great workout tonight. The sweat was dripping and I was loving every minute of these exercises. My son joined me tonight again, which I love so much. Like before I told him to do it at his own pace and rest when he needed to. Had him doing mountain climbers for the booty exercises. So proud of him. Summer Tread let’s go!!!!

New here. Just did my second class and feel so hyped up after this live class.

I’ve always had an issue with consistency, but I feel like these live classes will really help me to stay on schedule. I literally logged off of work, grabbed a bite to eat and turned on the TV lol to do the workout.
