I’m offially down 10lbs from the beginning of August. I’m proud of myself and the commitment I made to finish up summer shared strong and complete fall sculpt! Im so glad I encouraged myself to do this morning Friday workout.I was so tired after coming home from work this morning at 9am.I told myself "You did it yesterday So you can do it today".I feel so good and Im loving the results from working out since July 29 til now.Birthday vacation body loading.The sweat from this workout was serious.

Hi Queens!
I am new here and have completed my first workout, it was tough ! But i did it .. I have honestly gained so much weight after grieving the loss of my sister alongside becoming a new mom. Currently looking for a change where i can feel good about myself again outside of that space so I am happy to be here and apart of this community !
