I was in such an awful mood so I decided to hit a replay and WOW! It was a total 180 in my emotions 🔥🙌 I love how Queen Warriors workouts make me feel. Thank you for this ministry Fabiana and team 🩷🙏👑

Hey Queens !!!! We are mid week and todays workout was such a VIBE !!!!

Standing core is for sure one of my favorite workouts ! I don’t know why it just hits different .

I wanted to take a moment to reflect on our conversation tonight….. YOU MATTER !!!

You are worthy and deserving to taking care of yourself, feeling good , and also LOOKING GOOD !!!

Most of the time we tend to putt others before us, constantly ignoring the little things that would really make a huge difference in how we show !

Get your hair done girlie !!!

Get them nails done !

Get them lashes done!

Get that cup of coffee as you take a moment to slow your day down!

Have that lunch date with your amigas !

These things may not feel important that they truly help to shape how we SHOW UP !!!

I often thing abou these things like my phone…. If my phone is super low on battery, a little charge allows it to stay in the green longer!!! Well a little selfcare treat helps you stay in the green too :)

Dios mio pol poco me mata!! Jk but this is my first workout in over a year n I haven’t sweat this much since walking in 🇵🇷! So worth it n thank u. I pushed thru with my 50 ur old body ( I am not ashamed) n did it! I’m excited to do this new journey with u all!

Any advice on diastasis recti (abdominal separation)? I’m 5 months postpartum and I have stomach pain after my workouts. I’m wondering if I need to avoid certain movements?

I have to get back to me and consistency. Everyone wish me some luck!!! 3 days of strength and get my body moving at least 10k. Going to walk these 20 lbs done!!! I am a warrior!
