First picture I felt like I hit rock bottom two years after having my son—just could not feel good in my body no matter what I ate or did to exercise…second picture was last week, just renewed my gym membership, five months into queen warriors. Similar number on the scale but different body composition and totally different mindset. Not gonna lie I never thought I would smile at my reflection in the mirror again. I really almost gave up and said okay I’m 35 this is just my body now. But u know what this platform and these coaches truly help me show up and put myself first. Thank you all and I love reading your successes n struggles. Don’t give up on you queens.

Mondays work with Aimee. Thank you so much Coach Aimee for tge plank hold instructions. It worked. I was able to hold the plank for 40 seconds for three rounds. Hands was easier than forearm plank for me.

Top: Week 12

Bottom day 1 of my body recomp journey.

When I tell you I am so greatful and bless to have found queen warriors and be apart of such an amazingly uplifting community.

God is good and he knew I needed a strong community to rebuild my mind, body, and soul.

Some days were a struggle but I did it and I am so proud of myself for never giving up.

Ladies you can you anything. Always make time for you. I love you queen warriors. I cant wait to share my future win on my journey 🥰🫶💪

My workout for the day is done! It was deceptively difficult but I pushed through. I started with a 30 minute session on the elliptical and then I did this workout with Coach Sammi, I plan to do the full 4 weeks!

Now it’s time to break my fast and have a healthy breakfast. What did yall eat today?

Hi Queens just saw this post tonight 🤭. I am always hiding 🫣 from the public not because of my weight but from once upon a time experiencing my ex husbands fans stalking us he was a heavy metal drummer in the 1990s -2000s. Fans would be everywhere we went and this was before social media. Then after my divorce I photographed 6 books for a famous crafter who also had stalkers. Guess, I am done hiding from the public now with Queen Warriors.

I am proud that I went through menopause without medication and managed to look the way I wanted to again all thanks to QWtv. Thank you over and over Fabiana, coaches and Queens because you really make this community amazing even if I don’t know you personally I know you through our posts and when we do the lives or challenges. ♥️

This week I haven’t been around, my Mom hasn’t been well and yesterday I took her to the ER and they admitted her. Am staying in the hospital with her and prior to that was staying at her house until midnight trying to help her.

She lives with chronic pain and deals with high blood pressure. I believe her life style has been the cause but she’s almost 80 and never listened to my advice, now here we are.

Take care Queens what we eat and how we treat our bodies will catch up with us in life.

I will get back to working out as soon as I am home again. I am getting a lot of steps in walking all over the hospital and am eating somewhat healthy when I can because hospital cafeteria food isn’t that great but they have soups.

For those who need to hear it: it's ok to struggle but don't be afraid to get back up again if you fall. The only way to overcome our struggles is to follow through. So keep going at your own pace wherever you are in your journey of health and healing. You got this!💖👑

Yassss!!! I can't believe how far I have come. Each day it get better. No regrets, just keep pushing & setting goals. Let's Go Queen Warriors today is the Day! Thankyou to all coaches, it's too hard to pick a favorite, love each style. Love the QW community! 💪🥰🫶💯
