Just finished Fridays replay! I love the added exercise 5 instead of 3. I Iike the mix up, good for the body & muscles ๐ฅณ
I switched between my 10, 20, & 25lb plate.
I used the 10s for most of the arm work outs
20lb was for the pullovers
25lb was the bent over row
I added my ankle weights from the beginning this time, I believe they are 2.5lbs.. can't remember bought them years ago.
My birthday is next month, I asked my siblings for a 35lb kettlebell ๐๐๐
