Hi Queens 👑happy last Friday of February. Wow it’s only 2 months into 2026. I just worked out to Coach Jamila’s replay and wow 🥵🔥💕 so glad I did it!! Been an interesting 2 months and now we’re going into a new month, new beginnings, let’s workout ladies!

I’m a 30 something newbie and have not consistently worked out in years. Ironically, I like the weight I’m at, I just don’t like the belly but would love to build the butt/hips/legs.

Good evening. Those who use Roku. Does anyone get a glitch on Roku when using the app on ther? I checked to see if there was an update for QW but it was up to date. Each workout shuts off midpoint then I have to go back to it and finish where it left off.
I loved this workout with Coach Aimee even though it took me out for one day! When I was younger and did yoga the next day I was sore this time I had to take something for my body aches and stay in bed for one whole day.
I live in Los Angeles and everybody does yoga here and they have great bodies because of it. It may seem like yoga is not a workout, but yoga uses every single muscle in your body so if you’re looking for definition, tone, nice arms and legs do yoga.
Maybe back then it was different because I was doing yoga 3-4 times a week because yoga is for all ages guess consistency is what I need. ❤️🙌🏽 👑
