I was so tired tonight but I pushed myself to the max. Love my exercises with Fabiana because she makes it fun but push you to the limit. Sweat was coming from everywhere. Great one tonight!!!

Food tip!

My boyfriend put me on to this. Instead of using sour cream use plain Greek yogurt. Your taste buds can’t distinguish the difference. At first I thought he was lying lol but it’s true. Ever since he told me that I don’t even use sour cream anymore! You can’t even tell the difference! & It’s another way to help you reach your protein goal!

I don’t know how far my pregnancy is. Last year I lost one and now I’m 40 and I can’t believe it’s happening again. However I’m scared by exercising I might have another miscarriage. Any suggestions from anyone? It would both helpful and mean a lot. 🙂❤️
