💻Busy 📊work week busy work day!

I was so close to ordering a Pizza 🍕 when I tell you it has been a hard day. Then I saw 👀 QW Insta and I was like snap out of it! I did my QW HITT workout from 5/21 Yesterday, 1 mile walk on my treadmill 🏃🏻‍♀️& made chicken fajitas with corn 🌽 on the cob! I had my night time tea 🫖 Tumeric/ginger/memon/cinnamon/honey!

I’m so ready for bed 🛌 goodnight everyone! Stay consistent 🏋️👏✌️⌚️

Dinner so yummy 😊 I cooked Cauliflower rice with peas and carrots then added chicken Shawarma meat and gyro meat I picked up at Pita Mediterranean restaurant. I added brags amino acid and avocado oil to cook cauliflower in then threw in meat to heat up then a pack of good ole Panda hot mustard on top when served.

It was so good!

Going strong being consistent 🔥

I was so tired tonight but I pushed myself to the max. Love my exercises with Fabiana because she makes it fun but push you to the limit. Sweat was coming from everywhere. Great one tonight!!!

Food tip!

My boyfriend put me on to this. Instead of using sour cream use plain Greek yogurt. Your taste buds can’t distinguish the difference. At first I thought he was lying lol but it’s true. Ever since he told me that I don’t even use sour cream anymore! You can’t even tell the difference! & It’s another way to help you reach your protein goal!
