I have to get back to me and consistency. Everyone wish me some luck!!! 3 days of strength and get my body moving at least 10k. Going to walk these 20 lbs done!!! I am a warrior!

So glad that I pushed through and got this workout in today. My youngest just turned 1 this past weekend and it has been difficult getting back into a routine of taking care of myself. It wasnโ€™t easy but it was much needed!

Was in the worst mood today but I told myself to do my affirmations and give it at least 30 minutes. I NEEDED to relieve my stress and this was the BEST way I knew how. I have non fitness questions. I been trying to build a daily routine and one the things is getting closer to God! I struggle when it comes to reading the bible. I ordered to different versions. One is the she reads bible and the other is the nlt version. I really like the nlt version. I need some tips suggestions on how to start reading and following the bible. I want to spend at least 15-30 minutes in the morning. Can anyone recommend on how do this and how to get started. Do I pick random chapters or what? Please help?? Fabiana

This workout was good not easy but working the things I want worked out. I just started and yesterday I did a workout from another day and today I the workout f ty on yesterday. I love the community here. The inspiration is sweet.

Week 1 Day 2โœ…

I really struggled with this one!!! All the planks and pushups. I promise I will try again in a month to see if I can actually do those moves better. Day 2 was definitely harder than day one but I did it and I showed up. Thank you Fabiana for these amazing workouts๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ.

I did not want to workout ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ today but I gave it a go and it felt great!
