Super proud of myself. I started back up with QW right when summer shred started so, June 1st. I've been consistent with QW and my eating. I try to go for walks/runs when I'm able to. This journey has been FUN. I'm learning to RELOVE myself, pushing myself outside my comfort zone.

Goodmorning . I wanted to show my 1 month progress since when I first joined queen warriors which was in sep till the end of the month . Might not notice but I can tell a difference and feel better and more energetic since I joined . It’s not easy but by showing up for ourselves and bein committed it’s already a win .
