I held my 25lb plate for the lunges.
I didn't have a block but I stepped onto my plate.

Finished the evening strong mentally & physically! First day back to the gym after a week of heavy workload. Did my upper body strength training & completed my first 22 min of Monday’s HITT class replay. Had to cut it a little short to get back home. However, I’m proud to say I finally have some upper body strength to do a push up! It’s been years since this was possible! Made it to round 3 👏🏻

Now I’m eating even healthier, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.These days you’ll find me enjoying 🫐 yogurt with granola, homemade beets , fresh pineapple 🍍, and freshly pressed orange juice 🍊. I truly believe our bodies are our temple, and they deserve to be treated with love and care.If I showed you my PET scan from before and compared it to now, you’d be amazed. The changes have inspired me to keep going every single day.I also quit drinking and smoking—and I was a hardcore weed smoker. 🫣 I’m not ashamed to share my story because if it can inspire even one person to take better care of themselves, it’s worth it.One funny change? My sense of smell is incredibly strong now! 😂Please take care of your body. You only get one. The rewards are hard to put into words—you feel stronger, healthier, and more grateful every day.
