Is Heather. Im newly 51 and a widow of 4 years 💔 i NEVER have or do put myself first and need to. I did a test and it says im 60😭 I need to be around a long time for my mom and beautiful 19 year old and for ME! I’m successful in so many areas except putting me first so I am hoping to do that now. I am approx 50 pounds to heavy and hate working out but love being my best self.

I just completed my 3rd workout for the week I’m so excited I’m trying my best not to loose this momentum this time. Even tho my main goal is to loose weight but my parenting goal is just to be able to keep up with my kids my oldest is turning 12. 🥹 when I started queen warriors back in 2020 she was 5 years old. I can’t believe how time is flying. I’m lowkey getting my body ready for her birthday on the 30th she’s having a party at the trampoline park. And I wanna be able to join them!! I’ve always been a hands on/active parent. 😁

I did 30 second each leg for exercise #1 and #2.
I used my 20lb dumbbell.
I added a 3rd round to the last set.
I used my 10lb dumbbells for the 3rd exercise & I finished with the lightning round.
Good evening queen! Can't forget my replay from Friday results. Ya'll my monthly was taking me out but I had to show up and atleast try. Preworkout was my best friend today😅
