Good afternoon ๐ŸŒž

Just finished Fridays replay! I love the added exercise 5 instead of 3. I Iike the mix up, good for the body & muscles ๐Ÿฅณ

I switched between my 10, 20, & 25lb plate.

I used the 10s for most of the arm work outs

20lb was for the pullovers

25lb was the bent over row

I added my ankle weights from the beginning this time, I believe they are 2.5lbs.. can't remember bought them years ago.

My birthday is next month, I asked my siblings for a 35lb kettlebell ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰

Just finished my very first queen warrior workout I feel like Iโ€™m gonna be sick lol but I also feel great at the same time. My glutes hurt when I walk! Canโ€™t wait till the end of the month to see how different I look because I feel different.

I told my kiddo we'd workout everyday for 30 minutes... Even though I did my workout already..he was sleeping.. I still got ready to workout with him.. I have to set a good example :)

We knocked this one out. The wall sits OOOF.. I definitely felt my quad muscles ๐Ÿฆต๐Ÿป HECKK YEAH!!

His form is ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿป but I told him he'd get better the more he does it. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

I missed the live this morning due to my already scheduled hair appointment. But I just completed the workout and I was thinking. I came for a workout but got a word from God alsoโ€ฆ..REBUILD!!!๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ๐Ÿฅฐ

Hi everyone! Iโ€™m new here. I have lost weight and now desperately need to tone and get strong again. Iโ€™m 50 (will be 51 in December) and Iโ€™m ready to get back to feeling (and looking) good.

Does anyone know if there is a way for me to find other programs that she has done? I was hoping to start with a 30 minute program to ease in to it. (I saw there are other videos, but I want to follow a program like the summer shred).
