Will we get back 4 week strength programs like Sammie’s where each week was structured into upper, lower, glutes day, full body, for us to follow? I’m a busy mom who also works it was easier to stay consistent doing those 30 minutes power workouts where you was able to focus on a specific part each day.
Okay, I'm glad I wasn't going crazy. I'm getting ready to jump back into my fitness journey and wanted to start with the Thick + Fit curated workout playlist, so I was confused when I couldn't find it. From other comments, I now know the platform is going through another change. I'm still trying to understand the new setup, but I'll spend some time exploring to see if it still aligns with my goals and journey.💛
What happed to all the previous 30 min core no equipment workout videos? There use to be many variations but now there’s only three video available
Will any other coach be teaching ever again? Jamila? Aimee? Chasity? Are they just….gone?
I’ll be very honest my first week was a bust, between traveling for work, working 13 hour days on my feet and I was having horrible back and hip pain by the end of the day. Not to mention the perimenopause drains my energy like I’ve never experienced. I refuse to be defeated!
What I focused on this week was what I could control, nutrition. I know this coming week will be different. It’s my birthday week and I will push through.
So proud of myself. I wasn’t able to make the morning class for Friday but caught the replay & it felt so good to actually stay consistent. Amazing class as always! Thank you again Fabi!

Hi QW, I’m very sad that mostly all videos were deleted. I was consistently doing the 16 week program with Sammi where it was 4 well structure excersise days per week 30 minutes each for 4 weeks broken into specific body parts. I loved it because I would feel like I have a workout routine that would make me focus on specifics exercises for a few weeks. I would often repeat the program and just increase weights. I would rather have a plan available that would stick to the same workouts for a few weeks giving me the chance to proggresively overload. I feel I noticed better results repeating the same excersises for a few weeks broken into full body, lower body, upper body, booty blaster 4 days per week 30 minutes each . I have been a member for 6 years now. Hope it’s reconsider. Thank you
