Usually I just scroll, normally on my "off" days I like to do 30 min powers to work on my upper body... Today I decided to do the hour long version... I was contemplating going back to the shred video with the dips but I'm like NOOO, well God had other plans bc this video had DIPS 🤭🤪🤣
I have definitely gotten stronger because I can do a good 10-11 dips before I have to take a break when I first started I could get a good 3 in. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
I used my 25lb plates for around the world - used them as my stepping for the squats
I used my 20lb for my squats
The arms I used my 10lbs.
