Hay ladies! I have been doing exercises queen warriors for a while. I am already slim, but I want to gain some weight in my hips. Any advice or tips?

Trying to stay consistent and keep going. Loving the transformation โค๏ธ hubby said my arms ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ & upper body look great because of the Burpees

Hey Queens! I fell off for a minute, but I'm back!!! My mind, body and soul missed the workouts. Started off with my boo, and followed with a 30 minute walk. Queens I feel so good. I hope everyone is feeling good and pushing through ๐Ÿ’ชโ™ฅ๏ธ
