Anybody else have a stubborn belly? I can do these workout faithfully but my belly does not respond. Maybe it’s what I eat at this point. Because the workouts challenge me and have me drenched in sweat.
I don’t want to eat “healthy food” I want to enjoy my meals but feel full or satisfied without over eating. Maybe I should try intermittent fasting???? Idk someone help me out, please. 🙏🏾
