Hi I’m Ari 👋🏽

I started queen worries back when the lockdown started and got amazing results quick. Had two more kids after that, gained and lost weight, and gained it again. Tried the gym, but I still had a hard time to keep up with the busy mom life. I suffered from major anxiety and bipolar episodes and it would cause me to give up on my workouts and diet (medication saved my life). I would beat myself up over the low points, my highs were great, until I crashed again. I am ready to grab hold of my health and get to where I want to be. Being a healthy mom for my kids is my goal, mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Excited to be apart of a community of women who are committed to their health and wellness !!

Hey girlies! I’m new here. Can anyone give me a quick breakdown of the equipment I’ll need? I noticed dumbbells are used a lot — is there a specific weight range you’d recommend for someone just starting out? Thank youuuu

I wanted to share my story to give encouragement to those that are having a hard time getting back into it. The picture on the right is the heaviest I've ever been. I had been doing QW for 2 years and saw amazing results, but life happened and I completely gave up on myself. I lost myself, ignored me and I gained 28 pounds in 5 months and was 260 pounds. As the new year started, I decided to choose myself again. I just completed the LYC and am on a calorie deficiency. I am not completely changing my diet, but I am eating in modification. I am now 241 pounds, not where I was with QW but, I will get there. Everytime you loose yourself, you will find yourself, never give up on you!

Ladies! Just checking in, I’ve just finished a wonderful afternoon workout with one of Jamila’s replays!

I was feeling lazy but this sweat feels so rewarding 💪🏼

I’ve kept this to myself, but I wanted to share that I am 13 pounds down, and almost halfway to my goal of 30 pounds.

I’m loving seeing everyone’s progress, I’m so motivated by this community, keep it up ladies so proud of us! 👑🫶🏼
