Hi Ladies! I wanted to know how many additional days are you working out besides the 3 Shred day? Also sometimes I feel really stiff and want to improve flexible any tips? Will these workouts help with that as well? Thanks!

For ladies doing the summer shred. What workouts are you doing on alternative days? It's so hard for me to choose which power to do when we get so much done in the shred videos.

Becoming stronger everyday! Becoming her! I am her she is Me. A yr ago I could barely do 1 full push up now I'm strong enough to crank them out. Im so proud of how far I have come. Thanks to Queen Warriors for helping me build my mental, physical, and emotional strength. So grateful for the community that I'm in. A safe space for me to be seen, heard and not judged.

Nothing but blessings. I'm forever grateful. 1 yr next month since the start of my journey.🙌💪🏾🌱
