QW Customer S. Will this week's schedule be updated to show what body part we'll be working each day? I know on Monday's it's usually HIIT + Booty Blaster but it looks like the schedule is back to only showing Full Body Shred for all 3 days.

I used to be so hard headed about taking measurements because it sounded so complicated. THANK GOD FOR TECHNOLOGY πŸ˜…πŸŽ‰πŸ€©! I cannot believe it’s only been 2 weeks and I went down in BMI! I’ve done 5 workouts total over the course of 2 weeks! Today starts week 3. πŸ₯ΉπŸ« . Question…when submitting my body scan it ask for neck measurements. I don’t see it here…do I do that manually with a measuring tape? If so, in inches right ? That part was confusing so I just put 0 so I could submit my scan on time.

Hello everyone!

I’m new to the group, joined after feeling defeated and depressed. I’m a 25 year old mother, working nightshift at a hospital. I feel like I lack finding time and motivation to workout. I also struggle with discipline to sticking to diets and not indulging in cravings. I’ve tried every diet, I’ve tried GLP-1s and gained the weight back, now I’m trying again. I’m excited but also nervous!!

I LOCKED in June 1

I used the calculator online to calculate my macros for weight loss. I drink 100oz sometimes less cuz mom life but I my goal is 100 a day. I drink an occasional sugar free coke. I stopped eating junk. I truly LOCKED in for this transformation. I try to eat a minimum of 100g of protein. I eat WHOLE foods. I've noticed since upping my protein, I'm not hungry.

I started running occasionally in June, 1 Mile.

Happy Saturday Queens! Friday's replay done πŸ’ͺ

I've been thinking about how I want to approach my workouts over the next few weeks, and I decided to create my own 4-week training plan.

My plan is to use the Summer Shred workouts, add Power workouts for extra strength training, and mix in Barre or Pilates (there are a few videos left) on recovery days. My main goal is body recomposition, building strength, and staying consistent overall.

I'm actually really excited to see how it comes together over the next four weeks or so. 😊

Looking forward to seeing what QW has in store after Summer Shred!

Question - will Summer Shred stay in the catalog to be replayed?
