After my first workout last week I got covid and my mentstral lol talk about horrible timing. Welp back at it today starting slow with postpartum ab recovery(16m pp here) and it was great!

I haven’t worked out in YEARS. Tired of seeing myself in the mirror. Tired of not feeling beautiful anymore. Day 1 of getting back to feeling good. 💪
