Fabiana thank you thank you thank you for tonight !!! I literally loved everything about tonight’s workout!! You’re always giving us encouraging words and you took us to bible study! You also reminded us how God sees us!!! Keep allowing God to use you ! I didn’t catch a class today but I did do my lower body exercises.

Leg extensions 3x10

Hamstring curls 3x10

Squats 3x10

Fire hydrant 3x10

Side leg lifts 2 x 10

Glute bridges 3x10

Single leg RDLs 3x10

Wall sits 3 x 30 seconds

Deadbugs 3 x 10

Treadmill 20 mins

It was a solid workout day

This workout was great! Whoop my Butt sweaty πŸ₯΅πŸ’ͺβ€οΈπŸ™ŒπŸ½ This definitely burned all the extra calories I had on my birthday πŸŽ‚ last weekend. Happy belated birthday Chasity! Good Morning!! β˜€οΈ I’ve been incorporating Ginger Tea first thing in the morning while I prepare my Sons breakfast and lunch! My mornings are pretty busy, getting my baby ready to go school and then dropping him off at daycare. I also love this multivitamin from Mary Ruth, I hate taking pills or gummies so this has been awesome for me.
