Yesterday was my rest day. I did a lot of regular walking no treadmill and some breathing exercises for this stomach. Can’t wait for tonight to do LYC Week 2 day 1 and some core exercises.
I haven’t worked as I wanted to and been having back pain due to sitting for too long ( desk job). Decided to do a less intense workout and opted in for a yoga workout from Aimee. Didn’t realize I needed that, my back feels much better and i didn’t even feel that I worked out an hour.
Just completed my first QW workout in months after returning! Felt so dam good. Although I was only able to do 30 minutes of the live. I am thankful!! 😌 my son completed it with me! Yayyy! He says I like this mom. … tomorrow I will fit in another 30 minutes until I am able to do a full hour 3 times a day which was the plan! It’s okay! 👍 we did it Queens!! 👸 we feel amazing!! I straight up needed this today!!

Full transparency! Week 1 did not go good for me because I had a really bad upper respiratory infection that I had to get over and then once I started feeling better, I had to prep for a colonoscopy (fun times). This week I'm committed to staying on target with my meals and exercise routines.
