Hi everyone! I just signed up, and I’m excited to start this journey. 😊I’ve been a stay-at-home mom for the past year, and I’m ready to focus on my health and fitness while still being home with my baby. I figured this would be a great way to work out, stay motivated, and become the healthiest version of myself.I’m still learning how to use this app. Could someone please show me how to navigate it? I’m having trouble finding the “Start Here” video that was supposed to be sent to my email when I signed up.Thank you! I look forward to learning from all of you! 💪❤️

Unfortunately, I cannot open the Fab Abs and Booty Blast videos. it says there is no access with the current subscription. Can it please be solved? 🥲

I have an old acct from a few years ago and I always had the booty blast and abs included with my

Plan but it’s telling me it’s not included? Can someone check my acct and let me know what’s going on

Woohoo! Just completed this work out! I went out to the lake today... And still came home and worked out 🎉

Great workouts! I definitely feel the squats in my quads.. I wonder if that's cuz I have thunder thighs and a little pancake 😆

For the RDLs i used my bar with 15lb plates.

I used my 20lb dumbbell for the 2 step squats.

I’ve been trying to access the Ab Recovery videos but I get an error message that says not available with current subscription.. I thought it was included but correct me if I’m wrong. I’d like to try

Replay completed. Did not completely finished each round for the booty blaster last night so I challenged myself today. This booty blaster workout almost took me out 🔥 🔥 🔥I pause and replay the ones that challenged me the most, the swing and squat, the resistant band in and out and the squat in and out and they had my booty and glutes on 🔥. Loved each of them though!!!!
