Hi Queens!

My name is Ebony. I am 36 and a mom of 2. My youngest just turned 2 and I just stopped breastfeeding. I've been trying to finally shift my focus back to my fitness and wellness, which ideally would include 3 workouts a week. My schedule is pretty crazy so I typically have to select recorded workouts from the catalog. Anyone have recommendations on the best place to jump in considering my goal is to strengthen and tone my core. I should name that I have separated abs from my last pregnancy so if there are specific workouts that you would recommend, please let me know. Excited to commit and be intentional!
