- Playlist: what type of music do you want to hear more of in our classes?
- What workouts/ exercises would you like me to incorporate more of?
- When it comes to motivation, do you ladies prefer the affirmations or to discuss a topic during our classes?
- During certain targeted areas do you prefer reps or timer? ( I.E. lower body I prefer timer, upper body I prefer timer )
