Hi. I’m new here. Yesterday I did a beginner power workout which was fantastic! Today my thighs and legs are on fire. It hurts to walk. Should I do another work out today? Skip today or maybe go for a work or do nothing. I work tomrrow and have to go up and down stairs. I’ve heard it’s best to at least walk the day after doing leg work out -squats. Thought I’d ask here since I don’t want to be more sore tomrrow. What to do? Thanks!
