Hey queens anyone care to share their last 2 month journey along with me?
My last 2mos has had a down slope for sure! Especially with eating. Still worked out but 2 days less from the full week of workouts I was doing. I started to do a lot of heavy eating and sweets like no other with these holidays around. π© Drank less water too. I noticed that my energy went down. Felt tired, lazy, not getting enough sleep every night. Also was constipated. Yikes! I knew my body needed healthier foods again. I told myself why are you feeling like this. I realized hello your not eating as healthy anymore. The food I posted today was my first healthy dinner in 2 mos.
I definitely enjoy having my energy over feeling overly tired and lazy.
Im giving myself that pep talk. Get up you got this! You know exactly what and how to do this. Letβs go! Keep picking yourself up queens even when it gets hard! Keep thriving and shining through it all.
