Hey ladies. Happy Monday!! I am coming to buoy queens for some assistance please. I have never been a fan of weights buttttt I know I have to get over it and I think Iām finally ready lol. Can you please give me some guidance on where I should start with this? Is there a specific class/instructor that I should be following? I am slimming down but o want a nice ass and a toned body.
