Hello queens I literally just joined this program and not fully sure how it works. I haven’t received my welcome email yet but wondering if someone can share how the program works and any tips/suggestions from your journey!
I did just watch the Get started video… so are you just supposed to choose any workout 3x a week? My goal is to loose weight, build muscle, and look lean so not sure where to start. I haven’t reached out to support yet, as I’m hoping I’ll receive the welcome email shortly but wanted to get a head start so I can plan my week! 😊
