I’ve been a little confused with the app lately. It’s hard to navigate, many workouts now seem to require equipment( which is opposite what is advertise) and I haven’t been able to find the 30-minute Mon/Wed/Fri workouts in the replays ⏱️
I did email customer service but didn’t hear back, so I thought I’d ask here. Could someone please guide me on where to find the 30-minute workouts and how to best use the app? I’d really love to make the most of the program 💖
