Hello lovely Queens👑👑👑
Today I did my first workout with the Queen Warrior app, and it was so fun and it felt so good to be back working out after some weeks off. I do need to get myself some more dumbells tho for those days I will be working out from home. I did a full body workout with Fabiana today. I loved it! ❤️ I can see from the picture that I need to work on getting my squats deeper. So one thing that is a challenge for me is that I'm struggling with PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder). This makes it challenging for me sometimes since I feel so weak and fatique leading up to my period, not to mention the bad mood and feeling so sad. But I really want to get my ass to the gym even on these bad days even if I will not be at my best. I look forward to take you with me to the gym as well. For some reason knowing that I will bring this forum with me in my backpack to the gym will meke me feel less alone, supported and motivated. Knowing we are all in this together improving our bodies and all over health❤️💪🏻🙏🏻 All the best😘
