Happy Friday Queens!!!!

Have not been posting lately, but I definitely show up for my workouts. I feel like I’m in school all over again. My son has so much homework, I can’t even find time for myself. If you guys have a son, you should know what I’m talking about. He is a great kid but I have to keep pushing and reminding him to get things done.

This workout was a killer. Loving it and disliking it at the same time 😊.

Always trying to protect my hair but it never works! It’s soaking wet. The sweat was definitely dripping!!
