Happy Friday ladies!!!
I have som more food INSPO for Team Yvona! I was doing the yogurt parfait in the morning. Switched from nonfat yogurt to Greek nonfat and did not like the consistency plus I love it too much and keep making the portions bigger! 🫢. Today I switched to a more lean breakfast with no “sugar” (turkey kielbasa, toast, 2 eggs)
For lunch I made steak and paired it with a salad the first time and then made a fake chipotle bowl for the next one. It was really good!
For dinner I made some chicken thighs. Paired it with a few veggies the first time and then veggies and a large salad: spring mix, spinach, broccoli, carrot, purple carrots & pumpkin seeds.
I saved this part for last. I TRIED THE CELERY JUICE FROM SUJA 😫🤬🤦🏽♀️ it’s weirdly salty! I could only get down 4oz in the morning. Anyone else think the celery juice is like that as well?!?!????🌱
