Did not post last night but I did the replay today and it was so great the second time around. Sweat was dripping to the mat, getting in my eyes, my glasses. Great one to start off the week!!!

I just completed yesterday’s workout. 🏋🏾♀️ I usually don’t workout on my time of the month, but I pushed myself cause today I felt so heavy and unattractive. But this workout made me feel better/lighter. ❤️🩹 💪🏾
What happened to all the other coaches. Love you Fabi ❤️ they all had great things to offer. Just wondering if they will be back or what?
