Wk 14 still pushing along! On my solo journey. Still showing up for every class like I’m still in the recomp program! Accountability and consistency is where it’s at. Yes queen keep shining! Taking my photos and scans to let my journey speak for itself! Hit my 90 class badge today! I’m so proud of me! 🙏❤️
Month 3- Health Journey Update:
This month in particular, was a tough one. It had the power to make or break me. I was so close to giving up on how far I've come these past few months because of some setbacks. However, I reminded myself of what coach Fabi has been saying about how "I need to show up for me."
I was disappointed in the number on the scale. I wanted the numbers to go down faster. I also got discouraged because the pounds went up by a few. Then I watched a mindset coaching video with the guest nutritionist. What they said was SO encouraging. About how we shouldn't let the scale determine our progress because sometimes the breakthrough shows up in others ways. For example, like loose fitting clothes, smaller waist, etc. I've made progress regardless, and should celebrate even the little wins along the way.
So today, I remind myself that I AM A WARRIOR AND I WILL KEEP GIVING MY BEST! Keep going queens, don't give up👑❤️🔥

Late post: This was my first QW workout in a couple months. I fell off due to personal issues distracting me but this month of October I committed to getting back. I’ve been getting my daily walks in on the treadmill and finally today a QW workout. It felt so good! I forgot how much I needed this love, support and encouragement that this community gives. Time to lock in and focus on what I want and need again.

What pouring into my cup has started to look like?!?!? Showing myself that I love what I’m doing for me has been a complete game changer! Love the journey and results start to show up. And I thought wow you doin that!!🙌💯 To all the queens out there love your journey and it will love you back! Keep Thriving, Striving, and Shining! I’m rooting for you all! ❤️
First picture I felt like I hit rock bottom two years after having my son—just could not feel good in my body no matter what I ate or did to exercise…second picture was last week, just renewed my gym membership, five months into queen warriors. Similar number on the scale but different body composition and totally different mindset. Not gonna lie I never thought I would smile at my reflection in the mirror again. I really almost gave up and said okay I’m 35 this is just my body now. But u know what this platform and these coaches truly help me show up and put myself first. Thank you all and I love reading your successes n struggles. Don’t give up on you queens.
