I forgot to put my Apple Watch on to track but just finished 2 classes with Jamila beginner core and last week replay of upper. And as I marked completed the calendar only gave me one check. So I don’t get it. But anyway Jamila is that girl 🫶🏽 love her. That upper body workout 🏋🏻♀️ was everything. Felt my arms and back get that work. I went ahead and purchased arm straps for my elbows and I was able to actually for feel it and not be in pain. Love it. When theres a will there’s a way. I’m gonna jump on the treadmill and give myself 30 and call it a day. Happy Blessed Sunday 👑
I’ve never eaten any vegetables only vegetables I eat avocado that’s not even a vegetable cucumbers, corn that was my healthy food to me. But now I started Eating salad and it’s it’s pretty easy for me. I have to eat other vegetables so I’ll incorporate that little by little. I’m gonna start adding one by one, especially the ones that provide fiber. I started cooking with onions and peppers and I change from eating white rice to brown rice and it will be a half a cup. I use Miss Dash seasoning. I’ve removed all high sodium. I don’t buy no soda no juice only thing I have in my house is water and I most definitely don’t buy snacks. I love fruits and I’m learning which fruits are low in sugar. I started all this in January and my daughter who’s 25 started eating what I cooked because she weighed at 285 in Jan and her current weight to date it’s 255. She doesn’t exercise like that but she does the treadmill for one hour. She did give me a health scare her blood pressure was so high and that’s what caused me to throw out all the unhealthy food in my house and stop her from always eating out. I took a natural approach to lower her BP and now it’s normal. Health is wealth and what wasn’t taught to me I’m trying to teach her since she is still young and able to still lose weight and make healthy choices at her age. I say this to say don’t wait for a scary moment to change just do it. I waited so long until it was forced on me. Now I can’t stop wanting better for myself. Every social media platform my algorithm is fitness and that’s so motivating to me. It keeps me going.

Weekends I’m off and I’m able to workout better then the weekdays. My rest day is Monday. But this is today’s workout I did LYC day 2. I didn’t do the classes in order. I watch the classes at work and just schedule it as I see fit for myself. This is it for today for me I burned a lot of calories. For whatever reason I get a different number on my walking pad it’s higher than the watch. Not sure this is my first time using the watch for workouts.
