Had a blast in coach Jamilas class tonight with the queens.๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿฅตshe killled us lol. Iโ€™m so grateful for this platform! And, Iโ€™m so grateful for the coaches for always pouring into us during our journeys. Becoming a QW has really changed my life. Iโ€™m on year two and I canโ€™t wait to keep growing, and strengthening, and learning, and healing, and laughing along this journey with yall ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿฝ letโ€™s get it ladies!

Day 1 back after a year off and 2 mo postpartum. Had to stop 3 times since I have a Velcro baby ๐Ÿ˜‚ but we got it done. Doing the beginner workouts and today was amazing with Sammi! Hereโ€™s to a great start to the new year ๐Ÿ’•
