Did not post last night but I did the replay today and it was so great the second time around. Sweat was dripping to the mat, getting in my eyes, my glasses. Great one to start off the week!!!

I just completed yesterday’s workout. 🏋🏾‍♀️ I usually don’t workout on my time of the month, but I pushed myself cause today I felt so heavy and unattractive. But this workout made me feel better/lighter. ❤️‍🩹 💪🏾

the squats- I added my resistance band

what reminded me of jumping jacks- I added my resistance band.

For the last set:

I held my 25lb plate for the lunges.

I didn't have a block but I stepped onto my plate.
