This new Summer Shred Challenge got me motivated in more ways than one!!! I absolutely love what Fabiana did with this. This is the old school Queen Warriors from when I first started. I came home from work last night and got rid of all the junk food. I order all new food and got up and meal prepped. I think I finally found what I needed to get back into shape. I have been struggling for years and Fabiana did that for me!!! Thank you so much Queen Warriors for all you do❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. Thank you for giving me my life back, motivation back!!! I love it here!!!
Summer Shred Day 1 Feedback:
I really enjoyed the first Summer Shred workout. The 45-minute format felt efficient, the pacing kept me engaged, and I appreciated that the focus stayed on the workout itself. As someone whose goals are weight loss and body recomposition, I loved the mix of strength and cardio because it felt like I was building muscle while also keeping my heart rate up.
Going forward, I'd love to see the workouts continue to include a balance of upper-body, lower-body, and core work along with cardio intervals, with enough variety and progression overload from week to week to keep challenging us throughout the challenge. I also hope the workouts continue to feature a variety of great music. A great playlist is EVERYTHING 😄. I'm excited to see how the program and our bodies 😉develop over the next several weeks. 💪
Summer Shred, here we come! 💪🏼☀️
Day 1 completed yesterday. I came home after a double shift, started making dinner while starting my workout in the kitchen in my pajama pants and sports bra. My oldest comes in finding me on the mat on the floor in the kitchen asking, “what’s for dinner?, stops and says why are you on the floor?” I’m like “uhh, working out and making dinner.” Five minutes later my youngest walks in and says the same thing but then kicks me out and said, “go to the living room, I got dinner.” I love tribe!

Summer Shred Day 1 Thoughts 💪🏾
Today was my first day back with Queen Warriors in a long time. As an OG member I have to say that I absolutely love this format! From the dedicated MWF workouts, the bedroom setting and the incorporating of both HIIT and Strength in under an hour. The workout felt challenging but doable which left me energized rather than drained. I also loved that Fabi was so motivating and gave words of encouragement while continuing with the flow of the workout! I’m looking forward to the rest of this challenge!

Today’s workout was 🔥 lit! From the atmosphere 🛋️ to Fabis energy ⚡️!
I loved that the workout was consistent and that the chatter ( which I love at the end of the workout ) was kept minimal and focused on reps and seeing Fabi do the work with us.
This structure is so exciting , I love that 🤩 it kept my heart rate up, the sweat 😓 coming down, and the workout flew by! I love that it’s 45 min & The mix of cardio, HITT, power & booty workout all in one was well put together. Love ❤️ love ❤️ loved it!

This workout tonight was fire 🔥 🔥🔥🔥but I loved every single one. I had to draw for my water a few times and do a little breathing exercise but I got through them and I can say I survived Monday’s workout. Wonder what’s going to happen Wednesday????? We got this though!!! Right ladies?
