Ladies, tonight’s workout was crazy!!! Man I’m a feel it mañana!!!😬😬

Hey Queens! I finally bounced back and got my workout in. Last week the time change had me stuck. I could not get it together to get out the bed. It was a struggle this morning but I got up and completed a workout. And as always the motivation was on point. I can't wait to start the LYC renewed challenge on Monday!!!

This morning I woke up so stiff and could barely put my socks on. I did Raven’s 10 days of stretch and then was able to get through my day. I am grateful that God grants me the ability to move my body.

Night #1 Down!

I actually started with Queen Warriors a long time ago… but I fell off. I lacked consistency and got frustrated with my progress, so I stopped showing up the way I should have.

But I’m back. And this time I’m starting slow and steady.

Tonight I started the 10-Day Stretch Workout… and listen, nobody told me it was intermediate! 😂 Can we get some beginner stretches over here?!

Still… I showed up. And that’s what matters.

I just turned 40 in January, and this 40-year-old wife, mother of four, grandmother of one, and 8-year breast cancer survivor is ready to get stronger, healthier, and more consistent with herself.

No excuses this time.Just commitment.

Woke up feeling a little down, then started to look at my progress pictures and I was like wtf I look good! I feel good! I’m going to continue to take tons of selfies because I feel good, I’ve worked hard to go from being a super skinny woman to lean and strong at 44 and to be mentally strong!

I feel better than ever. Keep taking those selfies!! Keep working out! It’s been a journey that I’ve enjoyed and continue to enjoy 😊 👑
