Hey Queens! I was a little reluctant, but I decided to share my journey so far with this community. The left is from a month ago. When I look in the mirror, I don't really see a difference, but doing this made me realize that I really am on the right path 🥹! Can't wait to see what I look like a month from now!

If you look in the mirror and feel like all your hard work isn’t paying off, don’t give up! Just because you can’t see the progress yet doesn’t mean it isn’t happening. Growth takes time, and sometimes the biggest changes are happening before we can even see them. Keep showing up! Keep pushing! Keep going! Your hard work is not going to waste! 💪🏽🫶🏽

👩🏻‍💻💼This week has been a tough week but today was definitely one that took my energy and emotions all bundled up😭 I was ready to give up and lie down and forget about the day but I said I need my workout 🏋️ That’s what will make me feel better ❤️‍🩹 It did! Thank you Fabi! I tackled Mondays workout and the first thing out of Fabis mouth was “Whatever happened happened, let it go” and then her workout was intense, exactly what my body and mental health needed 🏋️ the chatter was to a minimum which helped me so much focus on my workout and ME! Thank You! 🙏🏼 Have a great night 💤😚😴

This summer was a busy one but after 2 months I made it back to Indoor Cycling.

Hated every minute, counted down to the last song but felt great at the end 🤣.

Today I’m in Tampa! Enrique is going right into his junior year of college and I just cannot believe how fast time is going ! I woke up early loaded my car w some of his items even though last night I couldn’t sleep ! I had the WORST stomach ache ever.

But those are the sacrifices we make as moms , wife , friends , family etc. I share because I want to continue to remind you to take care of yourself . Take care of others, while also making sure you show up for you !

I’m proud of you ladies and your hard work . This journey is truly one of a kind ! This is the season you discover how POWERFUL, STRONG, BEAUTIFUL, you are !

Used 10lbs for the upper body.

I forgot to stop my timer but oh wells. I did my Wednesday workout.Im looking forward to do Live tomorrow morning with my daughter.I bought her a new workout outfit that's coming today.Shes super excited to wear it.After my twins,I struggle to get this belly flat but Im motivated more than ever to continue to see results because SHE GOT GOALS to look fabulous on her birthday in October.My birthday last year I did not look my best at all.Taking pictures in a angle to hide my FUPA.So this year I plan on taking pictures without hiding anything but showing off my New Queen Warrior Body

Did 30 mins on my exercise bike about an hour before I went running.

Definitely proud of myself... I'm hefty 😆 & if you would've mentioned running to me a few months ago. I would've laughed in your face.

I'm really loving this season of my life.

The first two pictures (green shorts) are from when I was cleared just a month after having my baby (6/22) and have my 6th c section! I felt bloated and my tummy felt tough. I was afraid my belly wouldn’t ever go back down the same. Today, I look at my stomach and see the potential peaking through!

As a side note: Mondays workout had a point that became challenging for me. In my last relationship I had experienced many different forms of abuse I never noticed because I kept pouring myself into this person and their family. One night I was met with a piece of bullet fragment that went into my right leg (that’s still there, police nor a hospital were allowed ) and during this work out it started pinching some nerve. It was so uncomfortable it reminded me of what happen and the vibe went down and became discouraged like I couldn’t keep going .. but hearing Fabi talk greatness into us during the workout made me pick my butt up and keep pushing through because I successfully left that situation, I’m in a better one now & yes I plan to have it removed ! I don’t say this to give yall my business but just to show how important YOU (Fabi) are in some of our daily lives! So THANK YOU!

This encouraging space is hands down the best room I’ve ever stepped into. I appreciate all the queen warriors from around the world positivity towards one another ! Keep going ladies!
