You have inspired me to get back to working out and not eating takeout. Not on a strict diet but I have to start somewhere again.

Seeing your posts and seeing your results, you have motivated me to get back. Here’s this weeks meal planning. I needed a break from chicken.

Hey yall! I’ve been following Fabiana for years! I finally took advantage of the $14 deal and also added the abs! I went from 202 to 159. I have 4 kids, 3 of those births were c section and I have stubborn fat and def a hanging fupa/apron belly! I do well tracking my macros and I’ve been gaining muscle and having progress on going up on my weights. My goal is to finally lose this belly fat and continue to grow mt lower body, it’s what drew me to this app! I already pay for the gym and enjoy going as well. I’m ok splitting my time. Any suggestions on which 3 workouts I can consistently do here so I can see the progress and make sure I want to continue with this subscription! Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Wow…I have been recovering from the flu for the past few days now. Nearly all my energy has gone to my recovery. Going up the stairs feels like I’ve been running. I’m not 100% but not as bad as I was. I’m itching to get back into working out but how do I ease my way into it so I can regain my strength? I wanna pick up some dumbbells already!

Hey yall, today is my first day 🥹 does this actually work? I’ve struggled with weight gain my whole life and finally at a comfy weight (140 lbs) after my 3rd baby (I’m 5 months postpartum) so my goal is to maintain the weight but recomp my body to have more booty and hips. I’m also trying to do this for a Punta Cana trip in April 🥹

And also going LIVE for our Queen Warrior workouts. I hosted in Mexico, and recently in Colombia .

Of course the workouts look different than the studio , but the goal is to show you that they can be done from anywhere .

What category of work outs are available for 30mins where you can get full body workout. The app used to have a lot of those years ago but I don’t see that many. Please let me know how to locate on the app. Thanks
