Grand rising my beautiful Queens ๐Ÿ‘ธ! Today I woke up so sore but loving it. Itโ€™s a reminder that my exercise are affective! I would have it any other way. Today after work this evening I want to stretch! Iโ€™ll have to look for a class, unless anyone has a favorite they like to share.

Good morning! I am starting my journey today๐ŸŽŠ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป. I beat salivary cancer (30 rounds of radiation to mouth and neck) and finally feel strong to start working out thank God! I lost about 40 lbs during treatment and need to tone.

What equipment will be used for the different exercises? I have some but may need to purchase others. I want to be prepared to maximize the outcome. Thank you in advance!
