Good morning, good morning 🌞

Usually I just scroll, normally on my "off" days I like to do 30 min powers to work on my upper body... Today I decided to do the hour long version... I was contemplating going back to the shred video with the dips but I'm like NOOO, well God had other plans bc this video had DIPS 🤭🤪🤣

I have definitely gotten stronger because I can do a good 10-11 dips before I have to take a break when I first started I could get a good 3 in. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

I used my 25lb plates for around the world - used them as my stepping for the squats

I used my 20lb for my squats

The arms I used my 10lbs.

Completed Friday’s replay, my son joined me for this workout. After finishing Friday’s replay, I completed the first half of Wednesday’s workout also. When we were finished, I heard my him telling his dad that mothers exercises are no joke and he now understood why I am dripping in sweat and making those noises 🤣. He then came out of the room and said, “clap it up to you mom and thanks for inviting me to exercise with you.”

That made me feel so happy, I gave him the biggest hug and kiss. I remember Fabiana talking about us setting an example for our kids, so I hope he will continue this journey with me. I really enjoyed working out with him and loved the fact that he too had a great time doing these exercises. I’m so sorry that I didn’t take a picture of him dripping in sweat too ☺️. Thanks Fabiana for creating these exercises for us and motivating us ladies each day. Love and appreciate you Queen!!

Loved this workout

To think I didn’t even want to work out. Glad I made myself do it anyways.

You always keep my body guessing with different moves.

Quick and easy high protein dinner or snack! Chicken fajita meatballs

1 lb ground chicken

1 packet siete brand fajita seasoning

1/2 diced bell pepper

Chopped red onion and cilantro

1/2 lime

1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes!

Good afternoon 🌞

Just finished Fridays replay! I love the added exercise 5 instead of 3. I Iike the mix up, good for the body & muscles 🥳

I switched between my 10, 20, & 25lb plate.

I used the 10s for most of the arm work outs

20lb was for the pullovers

25lb was the bent over row

I added my ankle weights from the beginning this time, I believe they are 2.5lbs.. can't remember bought them years ago.

My birthday is next month, I asked my siblings for a 35lb kettlebell 🎉🎉🎉

Good morning ladies!! This 10-minute Abs work out this morning was all gas no breaks!😩💪🏾😂😍

Just finished my very first queen warrior workout I feel like I’m gonna be sick lol but I also feel great at the same time. My glutes hurt when I walk! Can’t wait till the end of the month to see how different I look because I feel different.
