i’m trying to to the current workout now and i don’t know how to jojn
Just signed up on Friday and I’m on my fourth workout!!! I actually prefer these weight lifting compared to walking workouts which have done so much for me over the past year. But then I hit a peak and wasn’t dropping any more on my tummy which is my least favorite, most hardest part of my body to deal with.
The way I want to do today’s class but the way my quads are yelling at me every time I go up n down the stairs. IDK I might be a watcher tonight n just enjoy a good massage on my legs tonight.
