30 pounds down. I feel lighter mentally, physically, and spiritually. I show up tired, sad, happy, mad, but I show up. I’ve been going through so much so I haven’t been as active but this is the only place I can truly put it all on the floor. Thank you Fabi for creating this space for us. I love you long time girl!!
